BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as amended, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is hereby amended so as to rezone: A tract of land located at 4517 Bonny Oaks Drive, being on the northeast line of Bonny Oaks Drive southeast of Wilson Street. Lot 2, Lots 1 and 2, Benton Subdivision, as shown by plat of record in plat book 54, page 26, ROHC; being the property described in deed book 4723, page 639, ROHC. Tax Map No. 129I-A-7. from R-1 Residential Zone to C-2 Convenience Commercial Zone. SECTION 2. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this rezoning shall be subject to the following conditions: 1. The conditions found under Sections I, II, and III of the attachment hereto will be followed. 2. All existing easements are retained. SECTION 3. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this Ordinance shall take effect two weeks from and after its passage, as provided by law.
